Planning & Zoning Commission · Meeting of October 6, 2026

CT CROMWELL — The Planning & Zoning Commission voted unanimously to approve modifications to the mixed-use project at 100 Berlin Road. Applications #26-28 and #26-29 included revisions to building elevations, parking, landscaping, and the HVAC system for the project originally approved in March, confirmed by Director of Planning and Development Andrew Armstrong as satisfactory to town staff. The commission also scheduled three applications for public hearing on November 5: special permits for an alcoholic beverage cafe at 309 Main Street and a bar and restaurant at 1 Wall Street in the former Rail 99 building, and a temporary rock crushing permit for 100 Berlin Road to process demolition debris on site.
