CT CROMWELL — The Community Events Committee authorized Chair Steven Wygonowski to make all necessary adjustments to the September 24-26 festival schedule in response to weather concerns. The committee discussed moving Saturday activities to Friday if wind conditions threaten fireworks, which require winds below 20 miles per hour. Members present included Karen Ambler, Pamela Barker-Jones, Matthew Blanchette, and Rosanna Glynn.
The committee also seated Matthew Blanchette as an alternate member. The next regular meeting is scheduled for October 15, 2026.
